As experienced operational managers, KBP is willing to accept management responsibility within the client company where required. While this is not seen as an ideal or long-term solution, it is clear that this is often required in Rwandan SMEs and can allow KBP to make a significant contribution while in the optimal context for knowledge transfer on the job.
